Diesel Exhaust Fluid for SCR Systems

NitroPure DEF is an aqueous urea solution, also known as AUS 32. During operation, the SCR system injects DEF into the exhaust stream, where it forms ammonia. The ammonia reacts with nitrogen oxides in the catalyst to produce nitrogen and water vapor.

DEF is added to a dedicated DEF tank. It must never be mixed with diesel fuel.
